The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, a multi-stakeholder international financing institution duly formed as a non-profit foundation under the laws of Switzerland and recognized as an international organization by various national governments (referred to as “the Global Fund”, “we” or “us”), provides the ispeakoutnow.org Website located at www.ispeakoutnow.org (the “Website”) subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced in the Website’s Terms of Use (the, “Terms of Use”).

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us when you visit the Website, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing such information. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect: (i) through the Website, (ii) in text and electronic messages between you and the Website, and (iii) applications you download from the Website. 1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

13. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or related to this Privacy Policy or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof or to any use of the Website by the Visitor or of the content available therein and the applicable licenses, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Arbitration Rules. The Global Fund and the Visitor agree to be bound by the arbitration award rendered as a final adjudication. The appointment authority of such arbiter shall be the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The place of arbitration shall be Geneva, Switzerland. The language used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
